    • Denali Kid Care - State of Alaska program designed to ensure that children and teens of both working and non-working families can have the health insurance they need.

    • Alaska Mental Health Trust - The Alaska Mental Health Trust is a state corporation that administers the Alaska Mental Health Trust, a perpetual trust that advocates system change and provides program funding for people with mental illness, developmental disabilities, chronic alcoholism and other substance abuse, and Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia.
    • Governor's Council on Disabilities and Special Education - GCDSE's mission is to create change that improves the independence, productivity, and inclusion into the community for people with developmental disabilities through planning, evaluation and advocacy to create change.
    • Advisory Board on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse -In partnership with the public, the Advisory Board on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse plans and advocates for policies, programs and services that help Alaskans achieve healthy and productive lives, free from the devastating effects of the abuse of alcohol and other substances.
    • Statewide Suicide Prevention Council - If you are feeling down and thinking about hurting yourself, please know that help is available and with help you can feel better about yourself and your life. Call your local mental health center, talk to a counselor, a teacher, friend. Let someone you trust know how you feel and allow them to assist you in getting help. The National Suicide Prevention Helpline is 1-800-SUICIDE (1-800-784-2433)
    • Office of Public Advocacy - To protect the rights of vulnerable Alaskans by providing excellent, cost-effective legal and guardian representation to abused and neglected children, incapacitated adults, and others.
    • State Office of Guardrianship - Guardianship is a legal process where a person (or agency) makes decisions for an incapacitated person -- decisions about placement (housing), medical care, legal issues, and services. An annual court report is required.
