Information for Parents: Questions or Concerns about Child Care Providers

Individuals with a concern about a provider are encouraged to contact the Child Care Program Office regional offices nearest them or the Municipality of Anchorage. Child Care Licensing Specialists investigate complaints received regarding child care providers and document their findings. Information on completed complaint investigations is part of the public file and available for viewing.
