Using Loving Support: Using "Loving Support to Build a Breastfeeding - Friendly Community" is a cooperative effort between USDA, Best Start Social Marketing, and the Mississippi State Department of Health. The Project enhances the use of the WIC National Breastfeeding Promotion Project, Loving Support makes Breastfeeding Work.
