Highlights:

The Youth Risk Behavior Survey (YRBS) is a school-based survey for Alaska high school students given in odd-numbered years. It is given to students in​​​ public traditional, alternative, and juvenile justice and correctional high schools throughout Alaska. Student participation in the YRBS is anonymous, voluntary, and requires written parental consent.​

The Alaska YRBS collects important information about the health of Alaska teens, including health risk behaviors that contribute to social problems, disabilities, even death.
