Information for BCHC Providers

Alaska’s Breast & Cervical Health Check program (BCHC) helps women identify health risks and cancers early when interventions and treatment are most likely to succeed. BCHC establishes contracts with health care providers all across Alaska. BCHC works with Physicians, Osteopathic Physicians, Certified Physician Assistants, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Certified Nurse Midwives, Diagnostic service providers licensed or certified to perform specific medical tests.

Providers see BCHC eligible women on a fee for service basis for:

Screening Services

  • Clinical breast exam
  • Pap test
  • HPV test
  • Mammogram

Diagnostic follow up tests if screening results are abnormal

Call 1-800-410-6266 if you are interested in becoming a BCHC Provider

Current BCHC Providers

This program could not succeed without our BCHC providers and the BCHC team is here to support you. BCHC providers have the opportunity to improve the health and well-being of underserved Alaskan women through screening, early detection, and support for treatment if needed.
