Barbara Dick has been with the State of Alaska Senior and Disabilities Services, Adult Protective Services unit since 2006. She began her career as an investigator, and is currently the manager of the Intake and General Relief Units of APS. She is also a trainer for APS in the areas of abuse and neglect of vulnerable adults. Barbara has been in the field of social services since 1993. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology and Women’s Studies and is currently working on her Master’s in Social Work at the University of Alaska Anchorage.
