Together We're Better Student Poster Contest

Winning poster featuring animal friends sitting together

In early February, as part of the activities to recognize the Developmental Disabilities Awareness month in Alaska public schools, the Council invited students (K-6) to draw posters using the theme Together We're Better. The winners in both categories (student and classroom) have now been determined and the winning poster has been mailed out to all school districts and applicable schools so that it could be displayed across Alaska.
