Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP)

The Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) works to improve the health of seniors at least 60 years of age by supplementing their diets with nutritious USDA commodity foods.



To be eligible:

  1. Seniors, age 60 or older, and income eligible:

To apply:

  1. Open and print the Alaska CSFP application.
  2. Complete the application with current information
  3. Call the nearest food bank for directions on how to submit your application.
