Calls are taken 8:30 – 5:00 M – F, information is available online 24 hours a day. The line relies on service providers to contact 211 and assure that their services are appropriately listed. Services include basic needs of all kinds: health, mental and substance abuse. Check out 211 online to see if you can locate the services you need or offer.
